Bradley, you had us in stitches time after
time as you recounted those odd and challenging customer service
experiences with humor, wit and intelligence. You helped us see
through the frustration of the customer and staff to find creative
solutions to their issues.
I looked forward to those Christmas parties or
staff functions when you chose that “special someone”
for some laughs at their expense. In fact, many of us were honored
to be used as your object of humorous affection! It was great
fun and a morale booster for
us all.

I appreciate how difficult it must
have been for
you to parachute into our very unique and challenging organization
and find humor. You did an excellent job
of capturing the essence of our idiosyncrasies, and make light
of them in respectful yet humorous ways.
I particularly liked your reference to our Senior Leadership Team
and changes we have made to our title. In fact I sent an e-mail
to all staff following our staff Christmas party to let everyone
know we changed our name to the Benevolent Leadership Team (BLT),
which got a good chuckle from staff.
Thank-you for your good natured approach and for
taking the risk to make light of situations that most would shy
away from. Humor is a great therapeutic
tool and in our line of work, essential!
